I paid money but when I went to the room to see it I did not like it spiders were every where and it was dirty the bathroom were really smelly so bad. So I paid money and left immediately ?

I recently stayed in one of your rooms and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The blankets appeared to have been used previously and were not changed. I hope you can look into this matter and ensure that all rooms are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for future guests.

I don't sleep in that hotel . I book but when I arrived at 21:00 Thay told me is full . I book with booking but Thay change me hotel to hotel majestic nice hotel and comfortable

Ambassador hotel is in middle of downtown surrounded by all services, with Cheerful& Friendly staff, well controlled by Sister Malika who facilitates all requirements of the guests for years. Excellent housekeeping by Azizah& her colleagues.??

I spent 3 nights at this hôtel, I really enjoyed it, it is located in the city center near transportation, I had a smooth and fast check-in, the room is renovated and clean, everything was functioning (don't expect a great view from the room since it's in the city center, it's normal), my room was calm and quiet at night, I enjoyed a great breakfast every morning with many options in the buffet, the staff were nice and friendly! I definitely recommend this hotel!

Hotel Les Embassadeurs – Casablanca: My stay at the hotel was okay overall. The location didn’t feel particularly welcoming, but the room itself was fine—especially if you choose a non-smoking room, which was free of any unpleasant odors. The breakfast was great, especially considering the price of the bed and breakfast package. A very good value for money. However, I strongly advise the management to pay more attention to bathroom hygiene. The bathrooms are quite small, which isn’t a problem in itself, but after just one shower, the entire floor turns into a mini swimming pool. Providing extra bath mats or towels could really help with this. Lastly, I recommend updating the hallway carpets on all floors, as they seem worn and affect the overall feel of the hotel. With a few small improvements, the guest experience could be much better. Regards from TUI

The two girl receptionists were extremely nice and welcoming. The always welcomed us with a smile and some useful information !
